to help with Depression and Anxiety

Some days you just need a little push in the right direction or a little motivation to help you get on with your day. I don’t like long quotes or preachy ones but short inspirational quotes are easy to remember.

I have put together a few of my favourite quotes here and I hope you like them. As I said before they are all short (some have only three words) and the intention is to inspire and motivate for times when everything gets too much.

I think we put far too much pressure on ourselves and when our quest for perfection fails we end up feeling deflated and useless. Anxiety, depression, and chronic pain sap energy both mentally and physically and we feel like failures even more.

At times we can feel lonely or isolated or just unable to communicate how we feel to people close to us. If you are feeling anxious it’s good to write things down or keep a journal. Go for a walk if you can, just fresh air and open spaces can make a huge difference.

Read a new quote every morning and try to memorise it if you can, and keep in in mind that things WILL get better xx

Here are my favourite Short Inspirational Quotes:-

Do you have any favourite quotes which help put everything into perspective?

I would love to know what you think and also how you find motivation when suffering from mental health problems, pain or even just being a busy person who struggles sometimes.

Also, there may be someone close to you who is having a bad time. It’s not always about huge gestures and problem-solving. Sometimes a smile is enough to make things feel better!

Thank you for reading.
