I suffer from fibromyalgia which = major muscle pain, migraines, occasional muscle spasms, easy bruises, and sinusitis among others.
I have read about some natural ways of helping, I use turmeric extract and Arnica, various natural cold remedies as I get sick often, etc. But this list of essential oils lays it out there, and that’s hard to find. I really appreciate this post and am going to take advantage of much of the information.

I was convinced I had fibromyalgia until a scan revealed severe disc degeneration at the bottom of my spine. I think you find your own dealing mechanisms and what works for someone might not work for another but keep trying and take care .
